I can’t find a requested task in my project anymore? Why?

If a requested task doesn’t appear in your project anymore, the worker has finished this task. After finishing a task, it disappears from each to-do list, also from the project to-do list. But you will find it as finished task in your notification panel or by searching for it in the detailed search panel (option “finished”).

Currently, taskmind is availabe in English and German.

How can I find tasks I already finished?

If you go to search, enter your name as ‘Worker’ and select status ‘Finished’. Click on Search and you get a list of all your finished tasks.

Click on ‘Add Contact’ and on ‘Create external Contact’ under ‘Other options’. Enter their e-mail address and click ‘Create’.

How can I schedule tasks?

You can add a schedule date to each task. At the scheduled day the task appears in the todo-List “My day”.

Which data of tasks is public?

Tags, schedule date and groups are private and aren’t visible for others, also if the task is attached to a project, with “public” access.
