With the latest release of taskmind we decided to upgrade to the Adobe Air Runtime (AIR) 2.0. That gives the taskmind desktop client more power, we can now open downloads with the default application of your operating system and integrate better into your environment.

Unfortunately, due to an issue of Adobe, if you have installed the old version already, you need manually uninstall your client and then get the latest version from http://app.taskmind.net/clients. Under Mac OS X you must run the Adobe AIR Uninstaller and perform a restart afterwards in order to successfully install the new Version. The easiest way to find the AIR Uninstaller is by using the Spotlight search. Sorry for any inconveniences.

For those of you that did not yet have the taskmind desktop client, go ahead and get it from http://app.taskmind.net/clients. You are browser-independent then, and do not need to download the taskmind application on every startup. Enjoy!
