I can’t find a requested task in my project anymore? Why?

If a requested task doesn’t appear in your project anymore, the worker has finished this task. After finishing a task, it disappears from each to-do list, also from the project to-do list. But you will find it as finished task in your notification panel or by searching for it in the detailed search panel (option “finished”).
How can I share tasks?

Select the project in the navigation panel. Click the button “Share project with other persons” (next to the printer symbol in the project panel). Drag and drop your team members from your contact list in the navigation panel to the folders “Administrators”, “Workers” or “Observers”.

There was the problem of no drag&drop functionality til Adobe AIR Version 2.5.1. But with the current version there should be (MacUpdate). But we still miss that functionality. Currently we are working on that and appeal to MAC users to use the browser version of taskmind until we find a solution.

The taskmind client runs in the browser so it is available everywhere. A mobile version is also available on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and all Android devices with Android 2.1 or higher.

What are the rules for who can see which tasks?

A user can see the tasks where they are either worker or requester and additionally they can see all tasks belonging to projects where they are an administrator, worker or reader on the project itself or a parent project.
How can I find tasks I already finished?

If you go to search, enter your name as ‘Worker’ and select status ‘Finished’. Click on Search and you get a list of all your finished tasks.
How can I invite people to an appointment?

You can click on ‘New Appointment’ and enter their names as ‘Attendees’. Alternatively, if the appointment has already been created you can drag their names from your contact list to the appointment.
How can I invite a friend to join taskmind?

Click on ‘Add Contact’ and on ‘Create external Contact’ under ‘Other options’. Enter their e-mail address and click ‘Create’.
